Kohei Otsuki graduated from Doshisha University (B.A. in Economics) and joined Archims Co., Ltd. Over a 20-year career, he has built and scaled major ventures—growing Japan’s No. 1 bicycle parking business and establishing a 17-property hotel chain—while serving in executive roles across mobility, hospitality, and professional sports. He has extensive expertise in new business development, corporate governance, IPO preparation, and M&A strategies. He is currently the Group COO of Archims Group Co., Ltd.
